| Project Scope of Work The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands staffed an accountant at the Air Force Civil Engineering Center to assist AFCEC with the preparation and execution of budgets for the following revenue-generating natural resources programs: Forest Management Program, Forest Reserve Account, Grazing and Cropland Program, Fish and Wildlife Program, and USDA Forest Health Protection Funds. Each of these programs was created by separate congressional statutes and, as such, the financial regulations under which each program operates differ. Services provided include tracking revenues generated by installations, facilitating reimbursements, tracking program obligations, and preparing required quarterly and annual financial reports. |
